Important Notice For USA Customers:

• We are responsible to pay for the clear customs service charges and any duties and taxes. You don't need to pay for any duties or taxes or related charges besides the product cost and shipping cost if applicable.
  
• Free UPS ground shipping for jewelry only orders as long as you purchase US$100 minimum
  
• Free UPS / post mail ground shipping for handicrafts / textile clothing / jewelry orders over US$300
  
• In order to comply with the UPS shipping and clearing customs requirements, and also for delivering your orders quickly and economically, we need your cooperation.

For orders contain textile items:

1. All orders contains sarong, dress, pant, scarf, shirt, crocheted top, blanket, cushion cover etc are shipped out from our Vancouver Canada warehouse either by UPS or post mail.
   
2. If we ship by UPS, we have to give your your business IRS / EIN Number (federal tax id number ) or your Social Security Number to UPS to clear the US customs regardless of the total value if your order include textile products. For example, if you are ordering 12 sarongs @ US$4.75 each plus US$50 worth of jewelry, the total order comes to US$107 which is less than US$200, we still need the IRS/EIN or Social Security Number from you.
   
3. We will ship out your clothing order by post mail if no IRS / EIN Number (federal tax id number ) / Social Security Number provided.
   
4. Start from April 1, 2005, for textile purchase there is a minimum purchase of US$50. That means if you wish to order textile items you will need to buy at least US$50 worth, and the total of your order still have to meet our US$100 minimum requirement with other products.
   
6. Shipping cost example: 20 sarongs ( approximately weight 8 LB ) shipping to continental USA by UPS ground, shipping cost will be US$11 to US$14 depend on the zip code, take 5 to 7 business days arrive. Shipping by post mail, will cost US$15 to US$20, and take 5 to 10 business days arrive.
   
7. Shipping cost example: 44 sarongs ( approximately weight 20 LB ) shipping to continental USA by UPS ground, shipping cost will be US$15 to US$24 depend on the zip code, take 5 to 7 business days arrive. Shipping by post mail, will cost US$25 to US$32, and take 5 to 10 business days arrive.
   
8. UPS pick up the parcels everyday except public holidays from our warehouse and we try our best to process your orders as fast as we can. For orders have to ship by post service, we drop off the parcels three a week to the post station.

For orders contains no any textile items:

1. For orders over US$200, we need to provide your business IRS / EIN Number (federal tax id number ) or your Social Security Number to UPS for faster clearing the US customs. This requirement is not mandatory, but it will help us to process and deliver your order much faster.
   
2. For orders over US$2000, it is mandatory to provide your business IRS / EIN Number (federal tax id number ) or your Social Security Number to UPS.
   
3. It is for statistical reasons only because the customs want to know what type of product is shipped to the U.S. and who is the importer of these goods.
